You can also order on this site by completing one of the following methods: Mail-in or FAX Order Form If you do not wish to order online for any reason, please feel free to place your order by standard mail or FAX. ** You MUST email me for my Fax Number after completing checkout. To generate a mail/fax form, add items to your cart as normal, and proceed through checkout, entering shipping address and other basic information as normal. Prior to entering any kind of credit card information, you will have the option to exit checkout and generate a mail/fax form based on your current order. Contact information is available at the bottom of the form. Personal checks, money orders, or cash AT YOUR OWN RISK . Orders are shipped immediately after personal checks are cleared. Shipping Information All orders will be shipped from my location using US Mail Priority Service. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to arrive, although usually much quicker. If you have a special request, such as a gemstone / crystal color substitution, I might have to special order these items and that might take additional time. Items will only be accepted for exchange if postmarked within 30 days of purchase. Items sent back beyond 30 days or exchanges in damaged, unsalable condition, will not be accepted. Please send exchanges well packaged and by insured mail. Please include the Exchange Authorization form in the package. Sorry, because your exchange is not the result of our error, shipping costs associated with your exchange will be billed to your account. Please double check your order and shipping information.
